When Your Mind Won't Shut Up
Two Hour Workshop
An undisciplined mind lets itself be led by desires and habits of the senses. We are addicted to sensory stimulus and dopamine rushes in the pleasure centres of the brain. Problems arise when we can’t let sensations go and we get swept away by the sensory world. Which gets exhausting.
Untrained senses are run by past experiences & instincts (desires, fears, cravings). We latch on to pleasure of the moment so we scroll on our phones and procrastinate instead of doing what we should be doing. We eat cookies instead of sticking to the diet. We let that internal chatter drive us to negative thoughts.

How To Be Zen
Two Hour Workshop
Did you know that you can control your thoughts? Most people think that "thinking" is just something that happens to you, they don't realise that you are actively creating thoughts in your mind. Thoughts are not reality, just a representation of what we perceive to be reality.
The How To Be Zen workshop, you will learn:
-
What are your thinking strategies?
- Do you think in visuals? eg. pictures/movies
- Do you have auditory thoughts? eg. internal dialogue
-
How to change your thinking strategies using NLP techniques
-
Yogic breathing exercises to manipulate your nervous system
-
The power of mindfulness

The Best Version of You
Two Hour Workshop
We all have triggers that are anchored to emotional states whether they are un-resourceful or resourceful empowering states. Most of these are usually built up over time by repetition or by a strong emotional experience like a trauma.
The good thing is that these triggers can be unlearnt. They can be replaced with positive ones for any emotional state that will empower you to succeed.
Most peak performers have them and use them to improve performance, whether it’s a tennis player bouncing a ball a set amount of times before serving an ace or a public speaker firing a trigger before giving a speech.
